I decided to devise this training programme to help all of the people who contact me, enquiring about 1-2-1 training, that I cannot reach. In this training programme I share with you some of the knowledge that I have gained over my 17 years of training. My knowledge and style of training has helped me to become a British Champion in Bodybuilding.
