I decided to devise this training programme to help all of the people who contact me, enquiring about 1-2-1 training, that I cannot reach. In this training programme I share with you some of the knowledge that I have gained over my 17  years of training. My knowledge and style of training has helped me to become a British Champion in Bodybuilding.

The information within this training plan has been compiled from a number of personal training logs, and from successful diet plans  kept on pieces of paper and from diaries throughout my years of training. I am confident that with the correct nutrition and hard work, you will be able to achieve your personal goals within fitness.
